Terms of sale

Purpose

The service lets an event organizer collect "baby" photos from their guests via a personalized link, then have those photos printed as magnets and shipped by post.

Price and payment

The price is set when the game is created, based on the chosen package (guest capacity) and selected print format, plus a flat shipping fee of €5.90 within France. Payment, by card, is required in full before the photo collection opens. No additional amount is charged afterward, unless the organizer chooses to move up to a higher-capacity package (see below).

Exceeding capacity

If the number of photos received exceeds the paid package's capacity, the organizer can move up to a higher package by paying only the price difference. Otherwise, only the first photos received, within the paid capacity, will be printed.

Shipping

Shipping within mainland France only, to the address provided by the organizer when the game was created. Magnets are shipped once collection has ended and printing is complete.

Cancellation and refunds

As long as photo collection is still open (i.e. before any printing request, and up to 3 weeks before the event date), the organizer can cancel their game from their dashboard and get a refund of the amount paid, minus a €20.00 processing fee. If the photos have already been downloaded in full (ZIP file), the refund is limited to 50% of the amount paid, since the bulk of the service has already been delivered.

Past that point (printing requested or collection closed), cancellation is no longer automatic: contact [contact address to be provided] to discuss the situation.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized: this is the case for magnets printed from the photos received. The cancellation rules above apply instead, as long as printing hasn't started.

Ownership of submitted photos

Each guest retains the rights to the photo they send and gives explicit, timestamped consent at the time of sending (see /privacy) for it to be printed and distributed as part of the game.

Governing law
